Our candidate:

Formal education in Design or a related field (university degree or completion of a professional UI/UX Design program);
Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals; completion of relevant courses is acceptable if not covered in university curriculum;
Has at least an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English;
Has a portfolio on Behance and/or Dribbble that demonstrates problem-solving skills and a clear design thinking process;
Confident working in Figma (our primary tool);
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools if needed (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.);
Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including usability principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy;
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
Experience working with components, variables, auto layout, and styles, with foundational knowledge of design systems and shared libraries;
Knowledge of modern UI/UX practices, including responsive and mobile design principles and basic accessibility standards;
Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:

Work on UI/UX design tasks;
Create and refine interfaces based on existing design systems;
Work with Figma components, styles, and variables (including tokens and basic system logic);
Maintain visual and UX consistency across screens and features;
Prepare design assets and layouts for development handoff;
Collaborate with other designers, PMs, and developers;
Iterate on designs based on feedback and requirements;
Support design documentation and system updates when needed.
