We are looking for a highly experienced Senior iOS Software Engineer Consultant to join a long-term engagement with a leading enterprise banking client in the Baltics. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale mobile products and contribute to key technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in iOS engineering/consulting, with senior-level ownership of complex mobile applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Swift, including production work with SwiftUI
• Strong experience with SQLite, GraphQL and/or REST APIs, RxSwift, and Swift Package Manager in real-world projects
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as RIBs or MVI, and practical experience with dependency injection
• Strong engineering fundamentals: memory management, retain cycles, concurrency, threading, Git, and Apple design principles
• Experience publishing iOS applications to the App Store and working with CI/CD pipelines

• Ability to solve complex technical problems, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers

Nice to have:

• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Strong code review culture and experience with automated testing
• Collaboration experience with backend and UX/UI teams

• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or long-term consulting engagements
