We are looking for a Sales Architect rather than a typical "outreach manager." Your goal is not just to talk to influencers but to manage conversion at every stage: from the first contact to consistent revenue generation.

🚀 Mission & Responsibilities

Build a high-performing system that converts reach into repeatable revenue following the cycle: Find → Select → Activate → Content → Optimize → GMV.

  • Sourcing & Selection: Identify relevant creators and forecast their GMV potential.
  • Activation: Negotiate deals and ensure creators follow through to live collaborations.
  • Content Performance: Set clear briefs and control content quality to maximize sales impact.
  • Optimization: Analyze performance (CTR, Sales), scale winning creative hooks, and phase out underperforming partners.

👤 Candidate Profile

  • Hard Skills: Proven experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate (multi-brand management), deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, and a track record of driving GMV/Sales.
  • Persistence & Ownership: High resilience to "ignores" and a mindset of taking full responsibility for the final numbers.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think in terms of funnels and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Intuition: A "gut feeling" for what sells in the TikTok format and what resonates with the audience.
  • Speed & System: High execution speed combined with the ability to build structured processes rather than just "handling tasks."
