Our partners are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Account Management to lead the AM function, drive revenue growth, and scale key partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Account Management team
- Define and execute AM strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive revenue growth across all accounts
- Manage key clients, including Tier 1 operators
- Set KPIs, monitor performance (GGR, NGR), and optimize results
- Identify upsell and new business opportunities
- Oversee integrations, launches, and promotions
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance
- Lead negotiations and support key commercial deals
- Improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Senior AM leadership experience in iGaming
- Proven track record of scaling teams and driving revenue
- Strong knowledge of operators, aggregators, and providers
- Experience with Tier 1 clients and strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Understanding of key KPIs (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention)
- Experience with integrations and product launches
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated markets (UK, EU, LATAM, Brazil)
- Network of Tier 1 operators/aggregators
- Experience with large-scale launches and expansions
- Multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian)
