The story. I started Lexidesk after spending three months trying to find a lawyer myself and seeing how broken legal intake was end-to-end. Built the first version, got it in front of real firms, kept iterating. Today we run thousands of intake calls a week across the UK, US and Canada. Tiny team, AI-native, every person here owns real surface area. We're hiring the first dedicated salesperson to take outbound from founder-led to a real sales motion.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound to a prepared list of qualified law firm leads using Lemlist, Clay, and manual work
  • The first 3 months KPI is booked demos
  • After that KPI will be a mix of demos booked + accounts closed.
  • Work directly with the founder on messaging, ICP, sequences, your input ships.

Comp

  • $2,000-3,000/month base depending on level
  • $80 per demo booked
  • $300 per closed account
  • Uncapped.

Who this is for

  • 1-3 years in outbound or closing. More about hunger than years.
  • C1+ English, you're on calls with UK/US lawyers daily
  • High agency. You build your own sequences, run your own pipeline, don't wait to be told what to do.
  • AI-native: if you've built your own Clay/n8n/Lemlist/Apollo workflows or wired tech into your prospecting, big plus
  • Tech background welcome. Engineers who moved into sales do well here.
