About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Traffic Arbitrage Specialist to manage and scale paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on acquiring traffic at a lower cost and monetizing it through advertising, affiliate offers, or owned digital assets to generate profit.

You will play a key role in optimizing campaigns, identifying new arbitrage opportunities, and maximizing ROI across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, native ads, push traffic, etc.)
  • Identify profitable arbitrage opportunities across different traffic sources and monetization channels
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV)
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target margins
  • Collaborate with design and development teams on landing pages and funnels
  • Track and report performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.)
  • Stay updated on industry trends, ad platform changes, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of running profitable paid campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid traffic platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, native networks)
  • Experience with tracking tools and attribution models
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion funnels
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with affiliate networks (e.g., ClickBank, CJ, MaxBounty)
  • Basic HTML/CSS or landing page builder experience
  • Experience with cloaking, anti-ban strategies (if applicable to company policies)
  • Background in high-volume or international traffic markets

  • Scaling the velocity of profitable campaigns
