Now our team has a position for Email Deliverability Specialist.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to ensure high inbox placement, maintain domain reputation, and optimize large-scale outbound and transactional email systems.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates for this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve email deliverability across campaigns and domains
• Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other authentication protocols
• Manage domain and IP warm-up strategies
• Analyze bounce rates, spam complaints, and sender reputation
• Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach performance
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and coordinate with ESPs (e.g., Google Workspace, SendGrid, Mailgun)
• Implement best practices for cold email and automated sequences

Requirements
• Proven experience in email deliverability or email infrastructure
• Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Experience with email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Postmaster Tools and inbox placement testing tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret deliverability metrics
• Experience working with multiple domains and scaling outbound campaigns is a plus

• Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to Have
• Experience with cold outreach at scale
• Knowledge of anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Basic scripting or automation skills
