We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI, a passion for analytics, and a structured approach to work for projects in the education and mental health domains.

Our expectations for the candidate:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools;
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event setup;
• Experience working with BigQuery;
• Experience with Mixpanel;
• Ability to build analytical dashboards in Power BI, Google Data Studio, and other visualization tools;
• Experience conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations;
• Understanding of product analytics fundamentals and key product metrics.

In our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Working with web analytics: setting up events in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar systems;
• Data visualization in Power BI, Google Data Studio, and other BI tools;
• Analyzing conversion funnels and identifying the reasons for user drop-off;
• Defining key product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, Retention, LTV, Churn Rate, etc.);
• Advanced use of SQL for data extraction and analysis (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
• Running A/B tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations;
• Analyzing user behavior on the website and in the mobile application, from the first visit to purchase.
