We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to own and scale our affiliate channel with a strong focus on traffic quality, fraud control, and performance analytics.

Core responsibilities

- Grow the affiliate channel for our subscription products (iOS, Android web)

- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

- Recruit and onboard new affiliates and networks (media buyers, arbitrage teams, content creators, referral partners).

Performance & analytics

- Monitor traffic quality daily on the level of trials, subscriptions, refunds, and basic LTV.

- Detect and prevent fraud and low‑quality traffic (incent/ motivated, fake trials, stolen cards, bot traffic) together with BI and product teams.

- Analyze performance by partner, campaign, GEO, funnel, and creative; launch tests to improve ROI and LTV.

- Prepare concise performance reports and input for monthly/quarterly planning for the affiliate channel.

Offers, tracking & creatives

- Manage offers and terms: payouts, caps, GEOs, funnels, promo codes, and tests; ensure partners always have actual bids.

- Own the basic rules for approving and rejecting conversions and communicate decisions transparently to partners.

- Work with the creative team on briefs for new creative concepts based on partner feedback.

- Collaborate with UA, product, and analytics teams to keep tracking links, postbacks, and event structure accurate for proper attribution and payouts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Partnership Manager / Performance Marketing Manager
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CR to trial, CR trial→paid, ARPU, ROI, LTV, refund rate) and how they translate into partner economics.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and direct affiliates; proven track record of growing revenue from this channel.
  • Practical experience with anti‑fraud / quality control on CPA/CPS/CPI deals (e.g. validating conversions, holding/rejecting traffic, setting up rules).
  • Solid skills in analytics tools (attribution platforms, BI dashboards, spreadsheets); ability to dig into cohort reports and event funnels.
  • Comfortable working with tracking links, postbacks, macros, and basic troubleshooting of tracking issues.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to keep partners motivated while defending company margin and quality standards.
  • Upper‑intermediate or higher English (written and spoken).
