Trinetix is looking for a Junior Delivery Manager.

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Delivery Manager to join a team that builds high-tech solutions for a US client in marketing, consulting and finance. The work is real; the pace is fast, and the learning curve is steep — in the best way. You'll work closely with a Lead Delivery Manager, take on real delivery responsibilities from day one, and grow quickly into the role.

You'll be close to the product — understanding what's being built, why it matters to the client, and how delivery decisions affect the end result. We're also actively integrating AI into our delivery processes — we'll onboard you on everything, but you need to be genuinely ready to adopt new ways of working.

This is an ownership role, not a coordination role. You'll be expected to drive delivery outcomes, manage complexity, and take responsibility for what gets shipped.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years in project management or delivery support. Not a trainee!
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, scope, time, risk, and quality management basics
  • Hands-on familiarity with Agile/Scrum
  • Product mindset — you care about what's being shipped, not just whether the ticket is closed
  • Ability to gather, structure, and document requirements clearly
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal, in English, Ukrainian
  • You don't wait to be asked — you spot problems early, raise them proactively, and bring solutions, not just questions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements change regularly
  • High learning drive — this role involves constant growth, and that should excite you, not worry you.
  • Openness to AI-native delivery practices (we'll teach you the tools and approaches).
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with US or international clients
  • Background in BA, QA, or software development
  • Exposure to enterprise-level projects

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with stakeholders
  • Plan and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Track project execution and ensure on-time delivery — and proactively escalate when something's off track
  • Stay close to the product: understand what's being built, how it serves the client's business goals, and where quality matters most
  • Identify and mitigate risks before they become problems
  • Manage scope and priority changes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate issue resolution across teams — own the follow-through, not just the escalation
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Lead Delivery Manager on complex decisions and escalations

What we offer

  • Continuous learning and career growth opportunities
  • Professional training and English/Spanish language classes
  • Comprehensive medical insurance
  • Mental health support
  • Specialized benefits program with compensation for fitness activities, hobbies, pet care, and more
  • Flexible working hours
  • Inclusive and supportive culture
