Now, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Design Sales Manager to expand our client base in the EU and US markets and drive revenue growth through full-cycle sales of digital and creative services.

If you have experience selling web design, UI/UX, branding, or digital solutions and feel confident managing deals from first contact to upsale — this role is for you.

As part of our Growth & Business Development team, you’ll work closely with design and delivery teams to turn client needs into high-impact digital solutions.

🎯 For a perfect match, we expect

  • 1+ year of experience in digital / creative / IT services sales
  • Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales (prospecting → discovery → proposal → closing → upsale)
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience selling services such as:
    • Website design & redesign
    • UI/UX for web & mobile
    • Branding & identity
    • Marketing materials / digital assets
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Web technologies (React, WordPress, etc. — at a conceptual level)
    • UI/UX processes and design workflows
  • Confident use of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar)
  • Ability to manage pipelines, track conversions, and forecast revenue
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience with objection handling and structured deal closing
  • English level: B2

💎 Nice to have

  • Experience working in a design or creative agency
  • Experience selling to SMB clients in EU/USA
  • Experience with cold email tools (Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.)
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud / Figma (to better present solutions)
  • Experience with upsale & cross-sale strategies

💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities in EU & USA markets
  • Conduct full-cycle sales via:
    • LinkedIn
    • Upwork
    • Cold outreach
    • Referrals & networking
  • Lead discovery calls and clearly identify client business needs
  • Collaborate with design teams to prepare tailored proposals
  • Present and justify creative solutions in a clear, value-driven way
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize conversion rates
  • Drive upsale and cross-sale opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and workflows
