We are looking for a Partnership Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying and engaging new partner companies, managing the bench, allocating available specialists, and fostering collaboration with other organizations. Your primary mission will be to expand our partner network and ensure the effective utilization of internal resources.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and establish partnerships with new companies
- Manage the bench and strategically allocate available specialists to partner projects
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership commitments
- Potential involvement in recruitment or lead generation
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new collaboration opportunities
- Experience managing resources (bench) and coordinating teams
- English proficiency at a level suitable for business negotiations
- Background in recruitment or lead generation is a plus
