🇺🇸We're looking for an SEO Specialist to own and grow organic performance for a US sweepstakes casino. You'll work hands-on with the product, shape the SEO strategy, and drive real results - not just rankings, but traffic that converts.

💪 Key responsibilities

  • Own the full SEO function on-page, off-page, and technical;
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis, build and execute a growth-focused SEO strategy;
  • Develop link-building strategies and manage a donor base;
  • Create content plans and write detailed briefs for copywriters;
  • Run regular technical audits and fix what slows the site down;
  • Monitor core metrics, find growth zones, and iterate fast;
  • Coordinate with adjacent teams, set tasks and control quality;
  • Own your maintain clear project documentation.


🔥 Skills & competencies

  • 3+ years in SEO, with proven iGaming experience
  • Deep understanding of Google's ranking principles, algorithm updates, and search intent
  • Strong on-page, off-page, and technical SEO knowledge
  • Experience promoting mid- and high-frequency queries
  • Proficient with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, NetPeak Checker
  • Comfortable with large data sets Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, REGEX, XPATH), GA/GSC integrations
  • Hands-on link building, know the link types and how to build them independently
  • Solid HTML & CSS, understand how the technical side affects rankings
  • Experience using AI tools for SEO tasks
  • English B2+
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, strategic thinker


⭐️ Nice to have

  • Experience with iGaming/sweepstakes niche SEO specifics
  • Established donor base for link building
  • Ability to configure domain background (hosting, Cloudflare, etc.)
  • Experience launching SEO from scratch in a startup environment
