We are now looking for a Senior Account Manager who will not just manage clients — but own and grow them as business units inside Megadev.

🎯 Your Mission

Own and grow a portfolio of clients as your mini-business:

→ drive revenue growth from existing clients
→ build trusted, long-term partnerships
→ identify and unlock new opportunities for expansion

🔥 Your Responsibilities

1. Client Ownership
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Understand client business goals, not just current requests

2. Account Growth (Core Focus)
• Identify scaling opportunities (new roles, teams, projects)
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Shape solutions based on client needs

3. Strategic Thinking
• Analyze accounts and define growth strategies
• Proactively suggest improvements and new initiatives
• Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations

4. Delivery Alignment
• Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams
• Ensure high-quality candidate matching
• Monitor performance and client satisfaction

5. Retention & Risk Management
• Identify risks early (churn, dissatisfaction)
• Handle escalations and complex situations
• Improve client retention and long-term value

6. Operational Excellence
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track key interactions
• Conduct regular check-ins with real value (not just status updates)

✅ Requirements
• English level: B2–C1 (must-have)
• 3+ years of experience in:
• Account Management / Sales / Customer Success
• OR Project Management / Business Analysis with strong client interaction
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of IT roles and development processes
• Experience working with international clients
• Ability to negotiate and close deals

• Experience in IT outstaffing / outsourcing
• Proven track record in upselling and account growth
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Understanding of project economics / margins
• Experience with mid-size or enterprise clients
