About the company
Our Media Department is focused on building and expanding a global network of digital media partners. By joining our platform, publishers can monetize their websites, while brands gain access to high-quality platforms for publishing advertising and PR content to increase awareness and grow their business.
Today, we connect advertisers with over 100,000 media websites worldwide. Our mission is to continuously expand our partner network, ensure competitive cooperation terms, and maintain a high level of service.
We are currently looking for a Media Acquisition Specialist who will help scale our partner network and strengthen the company’s presence in global markets.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or PR
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (strong spoken and written English for negotiations, calls, and daily communication with international partners)
- Experience in outreach, link building, lead generation, partnerships, or sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of SEO (links, website metrics, domain quality)
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Semrush, or similar is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is a plus)
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
- Interest and experience in AI and low-code tools for scripting, implementing solutions in workflows, and process automation
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting new media partners worldwide
- Expanding the media inventory on the platform across different GEOs, topics, and languages
- Personalized communication with publishers via email, LinkedIn, messengers, and calls
- Conducting negotiations and agreeing on favorable partnership terms
- Maintaining up-to-date commercial conditions and partner database
- Working with large datasets: website lists, segmentation, and filtering
- Preparing and launching outreach campaigns / cold email sequences
- Handling inbound responses and supporting new partners through the onboarding process
- Creating media profiles and maintaining a high-quality catalog
- Preparing reports and analyzing personal performance
- Collaborating with Sales and Media Success teams to ensure high-quality client service
