We are building category-defining military technologies that are shaping outcomes on the battlefield. The opportunity is massive - to define new product categories, scale them globally, and directly impact how modern warfare is conducted.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who takes ownership, moves fast, and delivers results. This is not a coordination role; you will own a product's direction and make it win in the market.
Your Role
You own the product–market fit and market success of a product cluster.
Your focus:
- Understand the market and the user - define what needs to be learned, work with the Research Team, and validate insights in the field
- Define positioning and messaging - clearly answer why us, why now, and for whom
- Ensure what we build, describe, and sell is one consistent and accurate story across Product, Sales, and external stakeholders
- Drive go-to-market and distribution - ensure the product reaches the right buyers and users and scales
- Measure and improve - track what works, fix what doesn’t, and iterate fast
Your day-to-day
- Work with Product, Sales, and R&D to shape what we build and why
- Talk to users and buyers to understand real-world usage and needs
- Turn product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and action
- Own the substance of all product- and industry-related marketing content
- Develop core product materials (e.g. briefs, decks, demo assets) to support internal alignment and external communication
- Enable Sales with clear positioning, messaging, and materials that support real deals
- Analyze performance, demand, and competition to identify opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Research, and Ops
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or similar roles
- Experience owning and scaling a product or product area
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn insights into action
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their value clearly
- High ownership and bias toward action
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Strong communication - clear, direct, and structured
You will not succeed in this role if you wait for perfect information or clear instructions.
