šŸ’« About The Role šŸ’«
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Back Office E-Commerce Coordinator to own multi-channel operational tasks that keep our listings, pricing and inventory accurate and our marketplace campaigns running
smoothly. This role manages product movement in Linnworks and the warehouse system, executes bulk listings and price updates, runs marketplace back-ends (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and other retail marketplaces), and owns the operational side of campaigns, compliance and reconciliation. You’ll play a key part in keeping our online sales channels synchronized, efficient, and well-organized.

šŸ’«RequirementsšŸ’«
• 2-3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory coordination, or marketplace management
• Strong knowledge and experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Familiarity with Shopify backend operations
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot operational issues
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

šŸ’«ResponsibilitiesšŸ’«
• List, update and optimise Amazon and other platforms' product listings (titles, descriptions, images and pricing).
• Monitor product performance, marketplace compliance and health KPIs.
• Keep accurate stock records in Linnworks and ensure real-time synchronization across all sales channels.
• Run bulk flat-file imports/exports, maintain price action files and apply pricing rules (break-even, seasonal and targeted discounts).
• Maintain transparent back-office processes and audit trails, document SOPs and SKU/action files, run regular operational audits and root-cause analysis, implement process improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Communicate with the team and marketplace support; maintain Asana/Slack updates and keep SKU/action files auditable.
• Produce operational reports and reconciliations (inventory reconciliation, refunds/returns, promo performance), surface exceptions and drive corrective actions.

• Understanding of Amazon and Google PPC
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Linnworks
• Knowledge of Shopify SEO, product tagging, and marketplace optimisation
• Experience with Etsy, eBay, B&Q
• Experience using Asana, Slack
• Experience managing / mentoring a team
