This role is for a developer who has already automated and optimized processes using AI and understands how to apply it in real-world work.

The key focus is building AI solutions based on Claude: automations, integrations, and AI agents for different business use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend logic (Python or JavaScript)
• Build API integrations (CRM systems, external services, etc.)
• Create automation workflows (e.g., using n8n or similar tools)
• Build AI agents based on Claude for different business tasks
• Work closely with department heads to understand their workflows and operational processes
• Translate business processes into technical automations aimed at reducing manual work and dependency on human resources
• Design and develop AI infrastructure (integrations, services, system logic)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Mandatory experience in AI-powered process automation
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Claude
• Experience building AI agents (based on Claude) for different use cases
• Understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and technical infrastructure (REST APIs, webhooks, etc.)
• Ability to independently read documentation and implement solutions
• English: intermediate level (B1), sufficient for reading technical documentation
