Senior CRM Manager (iGaming / Sportsbook Retention)

We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive player engagement and retention within the sportsbook vertical. You will be responsible for lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and continuous optimization of CRM performance with a strong focus on betting behavior and events.

Responsibilities:

— Implement and develop RFM segmentation tailored to sportsbook (betting activity, frequency, stakes).
— Build and manage CRM plans by segments (pre-match / live / event-based campaigns).
— Manage communication channels (Email / Push / Onsite) with a focus on betting triggers.
— Work with sportsbook content (matches, tournaments, odds, promotions).
— Personalize offers and user journeys (free bets, odds boosts, cashback).
— Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns for betting users.
— Run A/B tests (offers, timing, events) and continuously improve performance.
— Analyze key metrics (bets, turnover, retention, LTV) and drive growth.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention.
— Proven experience in iGaming (sportsbook / betting).
— Strong understanding of betting behavior (seasonality, live betting, event-driven activity).
— Solid knowledge of CRM funnels and sportsbook KPIs.
— Experience with segmentation (RFM / behavioral segmentation).
— Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
