About the role: We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join Illuminalsoftware. Your mission is to build a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities on Upwork and LinkedIn. We value quality over quantity: we don’t need 100 spammy messages; we need 10 conversations that lead to deals.


What you will do:

  • Upwork Mastery: Search for relevant projects, analyze client history, and write highly personalized Cover Letters. You will manage the bidding process from A to Z.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Use Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers in our target niches (SaaS, Tech, etc.), initiate contact, and nurture leads.
  • Fiverr Management: Maintain our presence and handle incoming inquiries.
  • CRM & Reporting: Keep track of your activities and lead status (we value transparency).
  • Sales Synergy: Qualify leads and coordinate with the team to close deals. If you have the skills to close the deal yourself, we offer an increased commission.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in Lead Generation for IT services/outstaffing.
  • Upwork Skills: Deep understanding of RSS feeds, bidding strategies, and JSS impact.
  • English: Advanced or Upper-Intermediate (strong writing skills are a must).
  • Domain: Experience with SaaS or tech startups is a huge plus.
  • Mindset: Proactive, "hungry" for results, and able to work without constant micromanagement.
