Media Buyer
We are an E-commerce advertiser working with advertisers and affiliates across
high-volume performance campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a
strong background in E-commerce and/or Nutra who understands how to scale profitably —
not just spend budget.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has managed significant daily spend,
understands risk management, and can explain exactly how they scale campaigns while
maintaining profitability.
You will be the first in-house Media Buyer pushing the buttons internally, so we need
someone who can both execute and help build structure, processes, and eventually a team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Launching, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and other
- possible traffic sources.
- Managing daily budgets with a strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and long-term
- scalability.
- Explaining and demonstrating how you’ve previously scaled campaigns successfully
- while controlling risk.
- Monitoring and optimising key metrics including CPA, CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversion
- rates, and overall campaign profitability.
- Testing creatives, funnels, audiences, landing pages, and offers to improve
- performance
- Staying ahead of platform changes, compliance updates, and performance
- fluctuations
- Using tracking, attribution, and reporting tools to maintain campaign control and
- performance visibility
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve campaign
- output
- Helping build internal media buying processes, infrastructure, and eventually
- assisting with hiring and managing media buyers
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Nutra media buying (highly preferred) and/or strong
- E-commerce performance marketing experience
- Proven track record managing and scaling profitable campaigns with significant ad
- spend
- Understanding of Meta advertising including campaign structures, optimisation,
- scaling strategies, and performance analysis
- Experience with additional traffic sources beyond Meta is a strong advantage

4. How you control risk
- How you adapt to platform and market changes
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience working with tracking tools, attribution platforms, and performance
- reporting systems
- Leadership or management experience is highly valued — especially experience
- building, managing, or mentoring media buying teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance environment with accountability for
- results
- Must be able to work within European time zones
