What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy & Budget: Manage $20K–$60K/month across channels; plan launches for 5–8 new properties per year.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Optimize the journey from Visitor → KYC → First Investment → Retention.
  • AI-Powered Execution: Use Claude Code (via MCP), n8n, and HubSpot to automate onboarding and analyze data. You ship fast using AI partners.
  • Content & PR: Write/oversee high-quality investment guides (UA/EN) and place articles in top media (Minfin, AIN, EU Fintech press).
  • Paid Media: Direct strategy for Meta/Google Ads (PPC specialist handles execution).
  • Team Leadership: Lead a remote team of 5 (SMM, PPC, Influencer Manager, Editors).

Stack:

HubSpot, Webflow, n8n, Claude Code (MCP), Mailchimp, Semrush, Looker Studio, ClickUp.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing; 1+ years in a leadership/solo-lead role.
  • Fintech/Crypto/Proptech background is highly preferred (you know what RWA and tokenization mean).
  • AI-Native: You don't just "try" AI; it’s a core part of your daily workflow for coding, content, or automation.
  • Strong Writing Skills: You can write high-converting copy yourself, not just manage freelancers.
  • Languages: Native/Fluent Ukrainian + Fluent English.
  • Analytical Mindset: You live in CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
