About the Role

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support product delivery, business analysis, and presales activities for our AI platform.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive specialist who enjoys working at the intersection of product, operations, and technology, and wants to grow into PM, BA, or Presales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery coordination and maintain task tracking in Jira
• Help organize Agile processes, track milestones, and follow up on action items
• Translate product ideas into clear requirements, user stories, and documentation
• Create and maintain process flows and feature documentation
• Support presales activities with research, proposal materials, and follow-up communication
• Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and DevOps teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or similar roles
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile processes
• Strong documentation and business writing skills
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured feature documentation
• Structured thinking and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven working style with the ability to follow through and drive tasks to closure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• English level B2+ or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases)
• Experience with Mermaid, draw.io, or Figma
• Exposure to presales activities, proposal preparation, or RFP/RFI support
• Familiarity with process mapping, workflow documentation, or product specifications
