• Monitor project health using delivery and technical metrics, taking corrective actions when needed;
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through transparent communication and reliable delivery.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects with full delivery responsibility;
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software architecture, development lifecycle, and modern web technologies;

• Deep understanding of Agile principles with hands-on experience applying Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches;
• Ability to structure complex client needs into clear technical and functional solutions;

• High level of ownership, accountability, and organizational skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above).

Would be a plus:
• Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer or QA specialist;
• Experience working with distributed or cross-location teams;
• Understanding of software quality assurance processes and delivery governance;
