We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to collaborate with on a project-based basis at onPoint Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user experiences and interfaces for our e-commerce web solutions. The work includes conducting user research, iterating on design elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive design system and ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ design and iterate on UI/UX aspects to ensure a seamless, engaging user experience;

✅ conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement;

✅ collaborate with PM and sales team to define design requirements and implement design solutions;

✅ develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements;

✅ maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints;

✅ stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

✨ 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven portfolio of real-world or commercial projects;

✨ proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Elementor;

✨ experience with user research and usability testing methodologies;

✨ excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;

✨ English — Intermediate and higher;

✨ ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

✨ strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

🔥 experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.

Would be a Major Plus:
