Key Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term partnerships and support clients at all stages of cooperation.
  • Handle objections, consult clients on company services, and create tailored commercial proposals.
  • Achieve sales goals and meet KPIs.
  • Organize and manage your sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Communicate via messengers, phone calls, emails, and specialized platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or proven experience in the VoIP industry.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level (for international communication).
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (required for client communication).
  • Confident in using CRM systems and quick to adapt to new tools.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, active listening, and objection handling.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Ambitious to grow professionally, with the potential to lead a team in the future.

What We Offer:

  • Remote work format with the opportunity to be part of an international team.
  • Official employment and company-paid medical insurance.
  • Support for mental well-being: access to a corporate psychologist.
  • Company-sponsored English courses.
  • Opportunities for professional and career growth within an international company.
  • Paid vacation.
  • An active corporate life: internal events, team activities, and contests that foster engagement and team spirit.
