We are an international product company in the iGaming industry that successfully operates on global markets. We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager who will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns with a strong focus on performance results.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and other platforms)
• Drive traffic to landing pages/products with a focus on CPA/ROI performance
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)
• Test creatives, audiences, and offers (A/B testing)
• Manage and optimize the funnel (click → registration → conversion)
• Collaborate with designers to create effective advertising materials and with SMM team
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry insights
• Use AI tools to optimize workflows and campaign performance
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Traffic Manager or Target Manager
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (required)
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, LTV)
• Experience in testing and scaling advertising campaigns
• English level — A2 or higher
