We are looking for a Product Designer who combines creative vision and user empathy to craft high-converting digital experiences that drive real impact. You’ll join our cross-functional acquisition team alongside product managers, product analysts, and developers, where design directly shapes how potential users discover our product and convert into registered users.
In this role, you will design and optimize our key acquisition surfaces (websites, landing pages, and registration flows), conduct qualitative research to understand visitor behavior, and translate insights into design improvements. You will influence design decisions, shape the product experience, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve our key product websites and landing pages, with hand-off to WordPress developers for our main sites and to frontend developers for custom-built landings
- Design and continuously optimize registration and authentication flows (social logins via Google, Apple, etc.) within the existing product design system, focusing on reducing drop-off and improving completion rates
- Build user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and improve the acquisition experience end-to-end
- Conduct qualitative user research, including session recording analysis, heatmap reviews, user interviews, and usability testing, to uncover insights and inform design decisions
- Create app store creatives, including screenshots, feature graphics, and listing assets for App Store and Google Play
- Compose visually compelling layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and visual rhythm
- Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts, typography, and content systems work effectively across different markets and locales
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices, adhering to brand guidelines and the product design system
- Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Product Designer; experience in product companies is a must
- Portfolio demonstrating strong work on websites, landing pages, and registration flows
- Hands-on experience improving registration and sign-up flows by identifying friction through qualitative research and shipping iterative improvements
- Experience designing for acquisition, growth, or conversion-focused contexts with measurable impact
- Strong qualitative research skills, including session recording analysis, heatmap interpretation, user interviews, and usability testing, with the ability to translate observations into actionable design hypotheses
- Proficiency in building user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and communicate complex flows
- Experience creating app store creatives (screenshots, feature graphics, listing assets) for App Store and Google Play, with familiarity with ASO visual best practices
- Practical experience designing for both WordPress (page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg, reusable block patterns, dynamic content) and custom frontend hand-off, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers across both stacks
- Proficiency in designing responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, grounded in user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy)
- Experience working within established design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) and proficiency in Figma for prototyping and rapid iteration
- Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products, with understanding of how localization affects layout, typography, content density, and visual hierarchy
- Proficient English skills (B2+ level) both written and spoken, with strong communication, teamwork, and a user-focused mindset with attention to detail
Will be a plus
- Experience working with FinTech products
- Experience designing gamification mechanics
- Experience using AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Krea, Runway, Figma AI plugins, Claude, or similar) in your design workflow
