We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support project delivery in the iGaming industry (online casino / betting) and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Your main goal will be to support efficient project execution, maintain processes, and help teams achieve results on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of project roadmaps
  • Assist in optimizing and automating internal processes
  • Coordinate tasks and support resource allocation
  • Monitor task execution quality and deadlines
  • Ensure clear and timely communication within the team

Trial Period Goals (2–3 months)

  • Take over the current project roadmap from the Project Manager
  • Analyze alignment with timelines and business goals
  • Establish regular team ceremonies:
    • Daily stand-ups
    • Weekly status meetings
  • Identify key risks and dependencies before product launch
  • Prepare regular project status reports
  • Ensure proactive communication across teams (development, marketing, etc.)

Core Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support the full project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → closure)
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and KPIs

Team Coordination

  • Align development, marketing, design, and other teams
  • Ensure smooth collaboration and workflow

Roadmap Management

  • Maintain and update the project roadmap
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Performance & Efficiency

  • Monitor KPIs
  • Track execution timelines

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks
  • Assist in developing mitigation plans

Process Improvement

  • Analyze workflows
  • Improve cross-team collaboration

Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare reports and updates
  • Support communication with stakeholders

Tools & Systems
Work with project management tools such as:

  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Asana / Trello

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager / Assistant PM / Project Coordinator
  • Experience in iGaming (online casino / betting) is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • JIRA
    • Asana / Trello
    • Confluence
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English level B2+ (written and spoken)
