🔹 Requirements:
• 2+ years in an affiliate network (iGaming)
• Experience scaling affiliate programs and partnerships
• Strong understanding of traffic sources, KPIs, and affiliate tools
• Leadership/mentoring experience is a plus
• English — B1+
