🌟 What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming (Game Operations / Casino Operations)
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (must-have)
- Strong understanding of the casino game lifecycle (adding, testing, activation, updates, archiving)
- Hands-on experience working with game providers and aggregators
- Experience with game integrations and provider communication
- Solid experience in managing Casino Lobby (categories, providers, collections)
- Understanding of game availability across GEOs, locales, and player segments
- Experience in monitoring game performance and identifying issues
- Strong attention to detail and operational mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and large volumes of data
- Good communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- English — Intermediate+ (for communication with providers and internal teams)
- Experience in iGaming B2C is a must
🎯 Your future responsibilities
- Manage the full game lifecycle: adding, testing, activation, updates, and archiving
- Work closely with game providers and aggregators (communication, issue resolution, integrations)
- Monitor game performance and availability across GEOs and player segments
- Review game rounds, investigate issues, and escalate to providers
- Maintain and optimize Casino Lobby (categories, providers, collections, game placement)
- Support new provider integrations and ensure smooth rollout of games
- Monitor product stability and escalate technical issues
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Support teams
- Handle game-related requests from Support/VIP teams
