Responsibilities:

• Embed AI in sales, marketing, and operations - automate repetitive work, augment decisions, measure impact in hours saved and revenue moved
• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents (support, research, lead enrichment, ops, finance)
• Ship small projects and internal tools via vibe coding - fast iteration, working software over specs
• Lead AI R&D - evaluate frontier models, test new capabilities, productize what works
• Set AI standards across portfolio companies: tooling, security, prompt patterns, data handling, evals
• Hire and lead a lean AI team; partner with department heads on adoption

Must-have:

• 1+ years shipping AI/ML products; deep hands-on with LLMs, agents, RAG, function calling
• MCP - production experience with Model Context Protocol (servers, clients, tool integration)
• n8n and/or Make.com - built and operated real agents and automation flows in production
• Proven record of automating real business workflows end-to-end (not demos)
• Operates autonomously, ships weekly, owns metrics

Interview requirements - candidate must:

• Demo working agents they built (live, not screenshots)
• Walk through n8n / Make.com flows in production use
• Describe at least 2 non-standard AI implementations in real business processes
• Show internal tools they vibe coded and how teams actually use them

Nice to have: B2B SaaS or data infrastructure background; experience with vector DBs, BigQuery, eval frameworks.
