Now, we’re looking for an IT Sales Manager ⭐️ to help us expand our client base and drive growth. If you have a sales background, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building long-term partnerships, this is your opportunity.

For a perfect match, we expect 🎯

  • 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing / consulting sales with a proven track record in full-cycle B2B deals
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle sales using Upwork and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as Node.js, React, WordPress, and Laravel
  • Deep knowledge of IT services, outsourcing models, and current industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced objection-handling and closing expertise
  • Confident use of CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and deal progress

Nice to have 💎

  • Experience selling to enterprise clients or high-value B2B accounts
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and deal structuring
  • Experience selling E-commerce / Shopify solutions and SEO services
  • Background in consultative or solution-based sales

Duties & Responsibilities 💼

  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B opportunities in IT outsourcing and consulting
  • Conduct full-cycle sales via Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach: from prospecting and discovery to contract signing
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline and revenue forecast
  • Lead discovery calls and solution-mapping sessions, translating business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with delivery teams
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and scopes of work, ensuring commercially sound deal structures
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and support early-stage client engagement
  • Proactively build, test, and optimize sales processes (outreach, qualification, follow-ups, CRM workflows)
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Handle complex objections and stalled deals using strategic and creative closing approaches
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities and niches
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Management to align sales strategy with company goals
  • Share best practices and contribute to scaling and maturity of the sales function
