This role involves full responsibility for managing internal product initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations. A solid understanding of the web development lifecycle is required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the website, ensuring continuous improvements, updates, and alignment with business goals and user experience.

- Coordinate developers, designers, Content, Store, and Sales Managers.

- Create marketing and social media plans for launches, promotions, rituals, and product bundles.

- Manage Google Ads, Social Media Ads, influencer collaborations, and campaign performance.

- Coordinate and plan social media activities in line with overall business goals and communication strategy.

- Communicate and negotiate with distributors and partners. Initiate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns from idea to launch.

- Contribute to the creation and development of new small-scale products.

- Oversee related operational and product initiatives at a high level, ensuring smooth coordination and progress.

- Set up and improve processes to support ongoing growth and scalability.

Required skills:

- 1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in e-commerce or product-driven environments.

- Experience/strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Solid understanding of the SDLC.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them in practice.

- Experience managing websites or digital products, including coordination of updates, improvements, and performance tracking.

- Experience in planning and coordinating cross-channel initiatives (promotions, campaigns, content or communication activities).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with external partners, suppliers, or distributors.

- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and ensure timely execution from planning to delivery.

- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning different stakeholders around shared goals.

- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to improve processes and scale operations.

- Good understanding of digital product development and lifecycle.

- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Availability to work GMT+2 hours (10 am to 7 pm).
