Position: CMO / Senior Performance Marketer (Meta) for one project with long-term collaboration

Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine)

Format: project-based (long-term collaboration)

Working hours: Part-time 10/20 hours per week.
Flexible schedule. Core communication window: 13:00/14:00 – 22:00/00:00 (Kyiv time)

About the role

We are looking for a Fractional CMO / Senior Performance Marketer (Meta-focused) for one high-impact e-commerce project.

This is not a classic media buyer role)
We are looking for a senior-level specialist who can own Meta as the main growth channel, provide strategic performance vision, and work closely with the client as a partner - not just execute tasks.

Meta is the primary traffic and revenue channel on the project.
Google Ads are already handled by our in-house specialist, and you will work as a team, with the ability to influence and align overall performance strategy.
Due to high ad volume, a media-buying assistant is provided

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own Meta Ads strategy and execution for a single e-commerce project
  • Provide end-to-end performance and advertising vision, beyond campaign setup
  • Make decisions considering LTV, subscriptions, cash flow, and seasonality
  • Understand when operating at or near breakeven is acceptable for long-term growth
  • Guide and influence creative strategy: analyze winners, iterate fast, scale what works
  • Monitor budgets, performance, ROAS / CPA targets.
  • Collaborate with the team and assistant to scale efficiently

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (TikTok is a plus)
  • Proven e-commerce (Shopify) experience with $150K-300К+ monthly ad budgets
  • Experience working with Tier-1 markets
  • Senior mindset: ability to act as a Head of Performance / strategic partner
  • Data-driven and adaptive approach - decisions based on real performance, not rigid “best practices”
  • Experience with Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4 or similar tools.
  • English C1+
  • High ownership and proactive communication

  • Pinterest Ads experience
