Creative Manager

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Creative Manager who can confidently lead the full cycle of producing marketing materials—from shaping clear briefs for copywriters and designers to ensuring the final deliverables meet brand standards. This person should be skilled in task management tools, capable of creating copy and simple designs, analyzing competitors, developing content plans, and selecting relevant news hooks. A strong understanding of email communication, user behavior, push notifications, and pop-ups is essential, along with the ability to adapt creatives to different GEOs and audiences.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Clearly and accurately formulate briefs for copywriters and designers.
- Manage tasks using project and task-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.).
- Create copy and basic design materials when needed.
- Work with brand guidelines and ensure all creatives follow brand visual standards.
- Lead tasks from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Conduct competitive analysis (creatives, offers, design approaches, positioning).
- Develop content plans for various channels.
- Identify and select relevant global and local news hooks tailored to specific GEOs.
- Understand email as a communication tool: email structure, the impact of subject lines and preheaders on open rates.
- Analyze user behavior within emails, including scrolling patterns, clicks, and reactions to CTAs.
- Understand how push notifications work: browser/mobile triggers, timing, behavioral factors, and format limitations (short text, instant call-to-action).
- Understand the logic and purpose of pop-ups: short on-site messages that appear over existing content, their structure (text, button, image), and user interaction mechanics.
