About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Content Manager with 5+ years of experience leading multi-channel marketing efforts, creating impactful content, and managing several projects simultaneously.
This role requires a professional who is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can develop digital marketing plans while also producing platform-ready content, overseeing distribution workflows, and optimizing performance through AI and automation tools.
Experience in fast-moving industries such as tech, fintech, or digital assets is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
• Produce high-quality content across all major platforms: Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, and others.
• Write copy, create scripts, coordinate visuals, and repurpose content into multiple formats.
• Maintain a unified brand voice across diverse audiences and channels.
• Build content calendars, manage pipelines, and oversee the full content lifecycle.
Digital Marketing & Strategy
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Build and refine acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies tailored to each platform.
• Align messaging with current trends in tech, finance, and digital culture.
• Lead experimentation with new platforms, formats, and storytelling approaches.
AI & Automation
• Use AI tools to support ideation, editing, scheduling, and optimization.
• Implement automation workflows to scale content delivery and improve efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage automation to enhance results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with design, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.
• Communicate project statuses, insights, and recommendations clearly and consistently.
• Manage deadlines, expectations, and deliverables across multiple initiatives at once.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a hybrid role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform content creation.
• Proven ability to manage several campaigns and content streams simultaneously.
• Fluency with AI tools, content automation systems, and digital workflows.
• Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto-adjacent spaces is a plus (not required).
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-execution environment.
