Innotechfy is a fast-growing Ukrainian software development company providing full-cycle solutions: Web, Mobile, AI/ML, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, iOS/Android, Cloud & DevOps.
We work with clients across the US and Europe, helping them build MVPs, scale existing products, and develop AI-powered solutions.
We are now looking for a Sales Specialist who can take full ownership of the sales cycle and bring new clients to the company.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle sales:
- Search for new clients (Upwork, Bark, JobBro, LinkedIn, outreach, marketplaces).
- Initiate conversations, introduce the company, and present our services.
- Identify client needs and prepare tailored proposals.
- Create commercial offers, estimates, and pricing models.
- Lead negotiations (messages, calls, demos).
- Guide the client from first contact to deal closure.
- Hand off the client to the delivery team after closing.
Lead & CRM Management
- Work with CRM and keep all lead statuses updated.
- Analyze the quality of leads and suggest improvements.
- Prepare outreach scripts and personalized pitches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Sales (Outsourcing / Outstaffing / Software Development).
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Strong English skills (B2+).
- Experience in cold / warm outreach.
- Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bark, Pipedrive, HubSpot.
- Understanding of AI technologies and industry trends.
- Own network or database of potential clients.

- Commission: 7% from each closed deal (no limits).
