We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech and crypto businesses. The Product Manager’s role is part of a client project specializing in cryptocurrency exchange. You’ll join a product development team.

Responsibilities:
Market & Product Analysis:

  • Research market trends, user needs, and competitor activity to support informed product decisions.
  • Launch and supervise product experiments and changes, monitor results and provide transparent performance insights.
  • Periodically engage with the market to validate direction and ensure product–market fit.
Product Vision & Roadmap Management:
  • Define and maintain the product vision, ensuring clarity on what is being built and why.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with strategic business goals and long-term product strategy.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with clients, users, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify expectations, and maintain alignment.
  • Translate business objectives into clear business, functional, and technical requirements for the development team.
Backlog Management & Prioritization:
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and strategic priorities.
  • Balance short-term deliverables with long-term initiatives to ensure sustainable product growth.
User Stories, Feature Design & Acceptance:
  • Write user stories and participate in feature design to ensure clear understanding of desired outcomes.
  • Conduct feature acceptance, ensuring that delivery meets user expectations and business goals.
  • Maintain structured, up-to-date product documentation and visualizations to ensure clarity, consistency, and easy access across teams.
Product Metrics & Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze key product metrics (e.g., conversions, trading volumes, retention, user complaints).
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, measure the impact of changes, and guide continuous product improvement.
Pricing & Monetization:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize pricing and monetization models (e.g., commissions, spreads, referral programs).
  • Ensure monetization strategies enhance business value while preserving user satisfaction and product competitiveness.
External Partner Communication:
  • Communicate with external partners, providers, and affiliates when needed to support product initiatives and integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, development, and other teams to coordinate priorities and maintain smooth collaboration.
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Teach Lead to deliver product increments, maximize business value, and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager. Proven track record of launching products from scratch or scaling existing ones.
  • Domain: +2 years of experience with blockchain, or cryptocurrency products.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of crypto-economics and blockchain technologies.
  • Methodology: Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Tools: Experience with task management systems such as Jira, Trello, etc and visualization boards as a Miro.
  • Soft skills: Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to align teams toward a common goal.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
