Community/Partnerships Marketing Manager

Claspo is a MarTech SaaS that helps marketing teams grow website conversions with on-site widgets - pop-ups, forms, banners, personalised and gamified experiences. No technical skills required.
This role exists to grow Claspo’s visibility and consideration among eCommerce marketers by being present in Reddit, LinkedIn, and our partners’ channels.
You will:
- keep a steady, planned presence for Claspo on Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and in partner channels (their blogs, newsletters, YouTube, courses, and communities);
- build and maintain relationships with partners and creators. Propose collaboration ideas, agree on concrete formats, follow up on deliverables, and keep relationships active over time;
- work both hands-on (writing, posting, commenting, editing) and through contractors (writers, designers, creators).
You are expected to understand our product and market (MarTech) well enough to spot weak or inaccurate content and fix it before it goes live.
Your work should lead to: more people knowing and trusting Claspo, more qualified traffic, more sign-ups, and stronger partner-driven opportunities.
What we’re looking for
- Content: Plan, develop, write (partially), and edit content; maintain a strict content calendar. Review and edit drafts from writers, partners, and creators so the message is clear, accurate, and aligned with Claspo’s product narratives and positioning.
- Communities (Reddit): Maintain a steady, planned presence on Reddit (r/Claspo, r/shopify, r/ecommerce, etc.). Monitor forums and leave expert comments.
- Monitor new posts on forums (e.g., Mailchimp, Shopify, Klaviyo).
- Create a post with expert comments.
- Initiate discussions and support them.
- LinkedIn: Support key personal profiles, run consistent company posting, and use comments/DMs for social selling.
- Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with partners (agencies, MarTech products, influencers). Secure presence in their channels (blogs, webinars, courses) and run co-branded projects.
Key responsibilities
- At least 3 years in digital, content, or community marketing.
- Solid understanding of at least one area: CRO/UI/UX, Email/Retention Marketing, eCommerce funnels (Shopify), or marketing gamification.
- Proven experience running ongoing activity for at least one channel (Reddit or LinkedIn) for several months.
- Strong written English (B2+) and ability to edit and improve content yourself.
- Experience working with contractors.
