We are looking for a BI Analyst to strengthen the analytics direction within an evolving startup product.
The role focuses on migrating and improving existing dashboards, enhancing data workflows, and supporting strategic decision-making through clear and reliable BI reporting. You will work directly with the Head of Analytics and collaborate with a small cross-functional team already involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, migrate, and optimize BI dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Work with MySQL data sources, prepare datasets, validate data quality
Translate product and business requirements into clear visual reporting
Enhance and automate BI workflows, improving overall reporting efficiency
Collaborate with the analytics team to scale the BI system and standards

Requirements:

2+ years of experience with Tableau or Power BI
Hands-on experience building or migrating dashboards and reports
Basic proficiency in SQL, ability to write and interpret queries (MySQL)
Understanding of BI logic and data modeling principles
Independence, initiative, and strong analytical thinking
Clear communication and ability to work within an evolving product environment

Nice to Have:

Python for automation or data preprocessing
Experience with ETL concepts or cloud data platforms
Background in startup or product teams where processes evolve quickly
Ability to document workflows and improve reporting structure
