OSDB is a team of 30 professionals specializing in developing web applications and platforms for clients across the USA, Canada, and Europe.
We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to support our Lead Sales Manager. This is a fully remote role with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sending commercial proposals to clients
• Handling client communication in English via chat
• Conducting online meetings/calls with clients from the USA, Canada, and Europe
• Monitoring task completion by the team and sending completed tasks/reports to clients

We are open to candidates without prior experience — full training is provided.

Compensation:

• Internship salary: $400
• Remote work
• Part-time options available (discussed individually)

After completing this role, you’ll be able to grow into a Lead Sales Manager or Project Manager position with a salary of $1000+.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian & English B1+)
• English level: B1+ (Upper-Intermediate)
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets, Excel, Word
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Interest in the IT industry

Nice-to-Have:

• Basic understanding of the application/platform development process
• Experience communicating in work chats (e.g., direct management, email support, online support)
