Middle UI/UX Designer

Radency is looking for a talented and a proactive UI/UX Designer to join our team. 50% of work assignments will include working on internal and client’s UI/UX projects; up to 50% of graphic and marketing design assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Design different types of digital products, incl. websites and mobile apps
- Create user flows, prototypes, MVPs
- Prepare final assets for the development team
- Update and redesign according to the client’s feedback
- Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
- Propose product design improvements and provide alternative solutions
- Graphic design, e.g. banners, postcards, swag, etc.
Qualifications and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Solid experience in conducting Discovery phase, requirements gathering
- Experience in user interviews and usability testing
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Good practical skills in professional design tools such as Figma (components, autolayouts, variables, prototyping)
- Understanding the principles of responsive/adaptive interfaces
- Understanding the principles of HTML/CSS
- Experience with Webflow is a plus
Please note: A portfolio with decent visual cases is a must.
Proficiency in at least Upper-Intermediate English is required for this position, as it involves direct communication with customers.
