Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Retention Specialist.

The successful candidate will focus on increasing player engagement, reducing churn, and maximizing lifetime value by implementing and optimizing personalized retention campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns through email,sms, push & AI call center
  • Develop and execute player retention strategies and promotional campaigns based on segmentation and behavioral data.
  • Monitor player activity and identify churn risks, implementing timely and effective re-engagement actions.
  • Collaborate with CRM, content, analytics, and product teams to deliver personalized, multichannel communications (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and adjust strategies to optimize KPIs such as active days, ARPU, and retention rate.
  • Work closely with VIP managers and customer support to address high-value player needs.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant gambling regulations and responsible gaming standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM or retention-focused role within the iGaming or online gambling industry.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and retention techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, Emarsys, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international markets and multilingual campaigns.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing and its role in the player journey.
  • Passion for gaming and staying ahead of industry trends.
