Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We are scaling up and looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager who will help build a steady flow of top-tier affiliate partners across our priority markets.

Who we are looking for
A strong BD/Partnership professional with experience in affiliate marketing. Someone who can find partners across various channels, run an efficient first contact, qualify traffic, and bring leads to the point of handover to Affiliate Managers for activation.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify all inbound partner requests from multiple channels (messengers, email, forms, referrals), ensuring a fast first response.
  • Conduct initial communication with potential partners to collect key details about their traffic, regions, volumes, and overall relevance.
  • Evaluate and select partners based on defined criteria, assessing their value, scalability, and fit with strategic markets.
  • Prioritize and segment leads (high / medium / low potential) to manage the pipeline efficiently.
  • Proactively acquire new partners through outbound prospecting, using communities, forums, directories, SEO/PPC research, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a stable outbound pipeline, planning outreach activities and moving partners to a qualification-ready stage.
  • Research priority markets/regions and map opportunities, creating targeted partner lists aligned with strategic directions.
  • Identify new and alternative traffic sources and partner platforms, evaluate their quality, and incorporate them into acquisition strategy.
  • Maintain CRM and oversee the partner pipeline end-to-end, including follow-ups, data accuracy, structured handover packages, and market/competitor monitoring to provide insights to the team.
  • Attend international affiliate conferences and industry events on a regular basis, representing the company, networking with potential partners, collecting leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups after each event.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing (performance marketing is a strong plus).
  • Understanding of the affiliate ecosystem: webmasters, media buying teams, agencies, platforms/directories.
  • Opportunity to travel and attend international conferences.
  • Ability to assess traffic quality and partner potential by market/region.
  • Systematic work with CRM and pipeline management.
  • English at Intermediate+ level (for working with international partners).

Nice to have:

  • Experience attending international affiliate/performance marketing conferences.
  • Hands-on practice with Ahrefs or similar tools for market/partner research.
  • An established network in the affiliate community.
