Now, we're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (part-time) for our partners — an exciting startup which working on a mission-driven product designed to positively shape how people approach their day-to-day wellbeing.

This role is for someone with a proactive, product-minded approach who will take full ownership of AWS infrastructure and evolve it for reliability, scalability, and long-term product growth.

What you will do:

  • Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)ю
  • Architect scalable serverless systems (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, RDS).
  • Create automated deployment pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Ensure high availability, resilience, and cost-optimization across all environments.
  • Maintain and improve observability with Grafana / Prometheus
  • Drive infrastructure decisions with ownership, clarity, and a product mindset.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
  • Expertise in AWS, especially serverless architecture.
  • Strong experience with Terraform & Serverless.
    Hands-on GitLab CI/CD.
  • Monitoring/observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki (or similar).
  • Strong scripting: Python, Bash.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, scalability, VPC, routing, WAF.
  • Experience designing distributed, highly available systems.
  • Ownership mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, thoughtful approach to architectural decisions.
