Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, onboarding, and managing partners while building long-term relationships.
• Organizing and coordinating regular casino product livestreams.
• Working with performance metrics and analytics.
• Managing budgets and partner payouts.
• Generating growth ideas: new promo mechanics, activities, and special projects.
• Communication and coordination of all related processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ years of experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
• Experience working with streamers: sourcing, negotiations, launching integrations.
• Understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models and traffic fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze traffic quality, profitability, and performance metrics.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to support partners throughout the cycle.
• Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live, and other streaming platforms.
• Experience working with affiliate systems (Affise, Everflow, etc.).
• Skills in analytics and conversion optimization (FTD, CR, ROI).
• Experience managing marketing budgets and creatives.
