Role Purpose:
As the project transitions into full live operation, the volume of incoming requests from the product and development teams is increasing. The QA will ensure product stability, maintain testing documentation, support daily testing processes, and improve the overall QA workflow as the project scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor automated test results and respond to test failures.
• Maintain and update QA documentation, including the test suite, test cases, and internal instructions.
• Perform daily manual testing of core product flows such as registration and deposit.
• Conduct weekly website performance and speed testing.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to support feature delivery and issue resolution.
• Validate new and updated functionality before release.

Probation Period Goals (First 2–3 Months):

• Review and improve the existing test suite.
• Establish effective communication processes with product and development teams.
• Implement regular testing of major user flows and monitor performance.
• Update technical documentation as new functionality is added or existing functionality changes.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer in the iGaming industry (online casino or sports betting).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience applying them in team workflows.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools: JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence.
• Experience working with test documentation such as test cases, checklists, and test suites.
• Experience with automated tests is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
