We are looking for a talented Unity 3D Developer to join our team and help build fast-paced, visually engaging mini-games for the iGaming domain. You will work closely with game designer and artists to implement gameplay, integrate assets, and ensure smooth performance across mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain gameplay mechanics in Unity
  • Integrate 3D models, animations, VFX, and UI elements into the game
  • Optimize performance for mobile and web builds
  • Build reusable gameplay systems and components
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life
  • Work with asset pipelines and ensure correct import/export settings
  • Implement game logic, interaction systems, physics, and event handling
  • Debug, profile, and fix performance or stability issues
  • Work with version control (Git) and follow structured development workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Unity Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Unity 3D (prefabs, materials, physics, animation system, lighting)
  • Experience implementing gameplay mechanics and interaction systems
  • Ability to work with 3D assets, animations, and VFX inside Unity
  • Experience with mobile or WebGL optimization
  • Understanding of animation controllers, blend trees, and basic rig integration
  • Solid understanding of OOP, C#, and game architecture principles
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative game development cycles
  • Basic math skills for gameplay (vectors, transforms, physics basics)
  • Experience integrating UI with gameplay (buttons, transitions, input handling)

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience in iGaming / gambling / hypercasual mini-games
  • Experience creating lightweight modular systems for reusable gameplay
  • Knowledge of shader graph or basic shader tweaking
  • Experience with VFX Graph, particle systems, simple animation events
  • Understanding of security considerations for browser/mobile games
  • Hands-on experience with WebGL builds
  • Understanding of basic economy/balance logic for mini-games
