Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run a structured outreach process (ICP creation, hypothesis building, personalization, and oversight of outbound campaigns using modern tools and automation).
  • Lead first calls and discovery meetings, identifying real business needs and ensuring a clear understanding of the client’s context.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating value, keeping conversations structured, and guiding clients through key points.
  • Explain technical concepts in a simple and accessible way, involving technical experts when needed and ensuring smooth collaboration with PM / Delivery / Presale teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and lead generation teams, providing feedback to improve outreach quality and overall sales processes.
  • Contribute market insights and client-specific information to help shape tailored sales strategies and improve messaging.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales / BD / Presale within IT outsourcing (mandatory).
  • Experience in strategically managing and coordinating outreach processes, including ICP creation, hypothesis building, personalization, and shaping value propositions, using modern tools, AI solutions, and automation.
  • Ability to identify and understand client business needs, participate in complex negotiations, and take an active role in discovery calls and presale activities.
  • Understanding of software development cycles and tech terminology; ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way and involve technical experts when needed.
  • Experience working with complex technical solutions, long decision-making cycles, and collaboration with large or international companies.
  • Strong communication experience with stakeholders at different levels

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the Web Scraping, data parsing, or data engineering fields.
  • Experience in companies with over 500 employees.
  • Proven experience independently closing deals with enterprise-level clients.
  • Readiness and ability to participate in international business trips.
